A boys honour choir seeks participants from the mid-Island region.
No audition is required to join SongWave 2011, hosted by the British Columbia Boys Choir, but boys who love to sing must be nominated by their music teacher to participate.
The choir is open to any boys age seven-12 with unchanged voices. Deadline for nominations is March 18.
The boys that participate in SongWave 2011 Vancouver Island will perform at the Port Theatre with the 80 members of the British Columbia Boys Choir on May 1.
