PURPOSE OF PROPOSED BYLAW

The applicant proposes to rezone the subject property from Residential 2 (RS2) zone, Subdivision District ‘F’, to Industrial

2.1 (IN2.1), Subdivision District ‘Z’, with the addition of Light Industry, Medium Industry, Mini Storage, Outdoor Sales, and Heavy Equipment Display to accommodate future industrial uses.

As part of the application review process, the applicant, the Electoral Area Services Committee and the RDN Board will receive a summary of the feedback provided.
