Public Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 26 of the Community Charter that the City of Nanaimo intends to sell 200 acres of fee-simple property located at District Lot 9 – Douglas District, Regional District of Nanaimo, BC and legally described as: PID: 012-736-465, District Lot 9, Douglas District to the Province of British Columbia, as represented by the Ministry of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, for a price of $1,455,000.

Council of the City of Nanaimo will be considering the disposition at the 2024-FEB-26 Council Meeting.
