Ladysmith RCMP are looking for witnesses to a crash that took place on July 2, 2024.

RCMP in Ladysmith are looking for witnesses to a crash that happened on Tuesday, July 2.

Just after 3:30 p.m., Ladysmith RCMP responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Robert Street and Esplanade Avenue.

RCMP said in a press release that a blue Dodge Grand Caravan travelling south on Esplanade collided with a white Pontiac Sunfire travelling north.

The impact sent the Sunfire into a traffic control pole at the intersection.

Both drivers and their passengers were taken to hospital by ambulance and treated for injuries that ranged from minor to serious.

Investigators are asking for anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have dash cam footage to contact the Ladysmith RCMP at 250-245-2215.
